Bedlington Terriers Don't Judge a Book by its Cover
Bedlington Terriers are very gentle and playful with children but they are not lambs when it comes to other dogs. These are hypo allergenic dog breeds suitable for families with children. These rare dog breeds are not easy to find, but there are a growing number of breeders who are producing a good healthy supply of pups if you are prepared to wait a few months. Their grooming needs are fairly minimal unless you want the "lamb" look, and require only a daily walk and can live in small apartments.

These small dog breeds are generally aggressive towards other dogs.
