A relatively healthy breed except for Legg-Perthes (a hip disorder) and skin conditions which include blackheads and acne. These small dog breeds must have plenty of attention and love and do not like being left alone. This little beauty needs gentle training which should start early and be consistent to ensure a well-behaved pet. It goes without saying that this little tot must live indoors as it cannot tolerate cold weather or hot sun.
