We receive so much more than just adoring companionship, we receive unconditional love.  When they are no longer with us, we grieve for them as we would a beloved friend or family member. Pet Loss can leave us lost in the vacuum left behind.

Pet bereavement is part and parcel of the lives of our beloved pets.  They are part of our lives from the age of 8 weeks for an average of 14 years or longer, so it is appropriate to mourn them and celebrate their lives.
